Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by US Launcher Group LLC ("Company"), a Florida limited liability company.

1. Services

The Company provides digital marketing, e-commerce consulting, marketplace management, and business setup services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.

2. Client Obligations

Clients agree to: provide accurate and complete information; make timely payments as agreed; cooperate with reasonable requests; and not use our services for unlawful purposes.

3. Payment Terms

Services are provided on a prepaid basis. Payment of 50% is due before the start of each two-week service period. The remaining 50% is due before the start of the second two-week period. See our Payment Terms page for full details.

4. No Guarantee of Results

While we employ industry best practices and diligently work to achieve the best possible outcomes, the Company does not guarantee specific results from marketing campaigns, marketplace sales, or business ventures. Marketing results depend on many factors beyond our control.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, the Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for services during the three-month period preceding any claim. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information received from the other party during the course of services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.
