Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
US Launcher Group LLC maintains a strict no-refund policy for all services rendered.
1. Prepaid Service Periods
All services are provided on a prepaid basis. Clients pay in advance for defined work periods (typically two-week periods). Once payment is received and work has commenced for a service period, no refund will be issued for that period.
2. Service Discontinuation
If a client chooses not to continue services after a completed period, they are not obligated to make further payments. However, funds paid for previously completed or in-progress service periods will not be refunded.
3. Scope of Policy
This no-refund policy applies to all services offered by the Company, including but not limited to: digital marketing services, marketplace launch and management services, business setup and consulting services, and any other services provided.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about services rendered, please contact us at [email protected]. We are committed to addressing any service-related issues but maintain that all payments for services rendered are final.
5. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
